Attorney Guy A. Bryant
Attorney Guy A. Bryant graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1988 and became a member of the California Bar in 1990. In 1993, he joined the San Francisco law firm of Miller Brown & Dannis and began focusing his practice on employment law, labor law, and civil litigation matters. In 2004, he joined Meredith E. Brown to form Bryant & Brown, A Professional Corporation. Attorney Bryant has served extensively as both labor counsel and chief negotiator for school districts across California. He also practices in the areas of workers' compensation, civil insurance and business litigation.
Attorney Meredith E. Brown
Meredith E. Brown, also a 1988 graduate of Boston University School of Law, clerked for U.S. Magistrate Joyce London Alexander in Boston before joining the Oakland office of Lempres & Wulfsberg in 1989, where she represented public and private clients in construction and business litigation. In 2000, she founded her own firm, the Law Office of Meredith E. Brown, and later went on to form Bryant & Brown, A Professional Corporation in 2004 with attorney Guy A. Bryant.
Attorney Brown has a diverse practice area with an emphasis on public procurement, real estate law, construction law, and civil litigation for California public entities. She also handles mediation and litigation in contract and construction disputes for public entities throughout the state.
