Mr. Bryant and Ms. Brown are seasoned litigators and have pending cases both in Federal and State courts. Mr. Bryant and Ms. Brown have participated in jury trials, briefed and argued several cases in state superior and administrative courts, state and federal appellate courts and Mr. Bryant has briefed matters before the California Supreme Court. In October 2007, Mr. Bryant and Ms. Brown concluded a two month long bench trial in Alameda County on behalf of a school district. Ms. Brown has previously participated in a 6 month jury trial in El Centro, California. Mr. Bryant has obtained published, de-published, and unpublished decisions in California Appellate Courts, the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Office of Administrative Hearings. Bryant & Brown has two paralegals as well as other attorneys to assist with complex litigation.
